Because today, I'm going to show you:
How to position your brand as a TRUE authority.
I probably don’t need to explain that “being an authority” is VITAL when it comes to signing clients.
But the word “authority” is overused as fuck.
Everyone talks about it (“You need to become an authority!!!”)… but nobody knows wtf it actually means.
I’ll tell you:
Being an authority simply means…
Being perceived as a person with expertise… and someone who can SOLVE other people’s problems.
It’s really that simple.
It’s NOT:
Those are tactics. Authority requires a strategy.
Big diff.
So here’s my 5-step framework for actually becoming an authority in your niche:
(This is a TRIED & TESTED strategy that has been used throughout all of history… not some made-up tactic that you see on X.)
You want to attract your ICP.
Duh.
But in order to attract them… you first need to get clear on what they are like.
This may sound obvious.
But 99% of business owners are too lazy to get some REAL clarity on this – and thus struggle to attract quality clients.
Don’t be one of them.
It’s been done all throughout history.
It can be used in ethical ways… but it can also be used with malicious intent.
I want you to be ethical.
But creating a shared enemy that your audience can “hate” on… is THE MOST effective way for uniting people.
Again, be ethical here.
So how do you create an enemy?
Take a look around. What generally accepted things do you disagree with? A strategy? A diet? Big pharma? The gurus? Whatever it may be… it has to be something you wholeheartedly disagree with.
My “brand enemy” is people who overcomplicate things that are, in actuality, simple as fuck.
That’s why I remove the BS (cut the crap) and distill things into their simple essence.
There’s a reason you chose this particular thing as your enemy.
You think it’s full of shit.
But why?
What is the PROBLEM with your enemy’s approach?
More specifically:
What problems does this cause for your ICP? (See, I told you you’d need your ICP first).
Then EXPLAIN why this is a problem and what emotional pain this causes for your ICP.
This step is very important.
You need to drill deep here and figure out exactly how to push your ICP’s emotional buttons.
Amplify their pain to make them realize your enemy is full of shit.
In my example: The overcomplicated advice most “experts” squander out is leaving you confused, stumbling in the dark, not knowing what the fuck to do. You want to sign clients and make more money online… but it all seems overwhelming and difficult. You’re paralyzed and it’s hurting your income, peace of mind, and happiness.
Time to position yourself as their “savior”.
This is very powerful.
Once you’ve amplified their pain… you need to give them access to a NEW, BETTER solution.
Your solution.
This is where you shift your audience’s beliefs.
You’ll hit them with an entirely new solution that’s perceived as more effective and better than your enemy’s.
For me… it’s the cut the crap approach.
This is about making clear:
This is a UNIQUE solution that you won’t find anywhere else.
By highlighting the uniqueness of your solution… you position yourself as the ONLY option to buy from.
This puts you in a category of your own.
You ain’t got no competition anymore.
And that, my friend, is when you’ve unlocked an infinite pool of clients to choose from.

This entire framework positions YOU as someone who can think for themselves. (And thus makes you more trustworthy).
You also shift your audience’s beliefs.
Which – eventually – makes them adopt your worldview. And that’s exactly what you want to achieve.
This is how you create a crowd of raving fans.
I promise that if you implement this… all your customer acquisition problems will fade away. Just give it some time.
