Read $100M Offers but still don’t know how to create one?

So you’ve read Alex Hormozi’s classic $100M Offers book?

And you still don’t know how to craft an irresistible offer?

I’ve been there and it sucked.

For some reason, you can’t find a way to apply this all this shit to your brand!

Where the f*ck do you even start?

Here’s what you need to do:

Firstly, take a deep breath…

Inhale… Exhale…

Secondly, start with defining who you’re selling to.

This sounds obvious, but have you actually done this?

No, like really?

Have you:

  • Talked to your ICP?
  • Pictured a day in their lives?
  • Made a HUGE list of problems?
  • Spent time on Reddit forums where they hang out?
  • Visualized BEING your ICP? (sounds weird but it’s brutally effective)

No, you haven’t done this?

Well, then you know what to do next.

Understanding everything about their lives is the key to crafting a grand-slam offer.

But let’s move on…

Pick 1 specific problem and solve it.

I mean ONE specific problem.

Not two, not three.

Then, come up with a tangible dream outcome.

Don’t say:

“I’ll skyrocket your sales”

Shit sounds slimy and vague.

Instead, say:

“I’ll increase your MRR by 30% in the next 30 days.”

You see how much clearer this gets?

ALWAYS use a timeframe for this big promise. The faster you can get results, the more money you’re gonna make.

Okay, we’re cruising!

Once you’ve figured out your bigggg promise…

Oh btw, I forgot to mention: Go 101% sure that this is something your ICP actually wants!

Too many people get this wrong.

Anyways, next up:

Add a bullet-proof risk reversal.

Humans hate risk.

Especially when it comes to their hard-earned Pesos.

So make your offer a NO BRAINER.

This will feel uncomfortable as shit, but if you don’t have good social proof, you can’t overlook this.

Then…

Come up with an autistically detailed mechanism to achieve your big promise.

This will not only help you sell your offer…

This will help you gain confidence.

Make a step-by-step action plan on what you will do for your clients to achieve their dream outcome.

This was the game-changer for me.

I finally gained the confidence to put my offer out there.

And trust me when I say…

Confidence is EVERYTHING when it comes to offer.

People will smell your insecurities from miles away.

There are a couple more components to creating a rock-solid offer…

But these were the most important ones.

Implement these and then start to think about:

  • Pricing
  • Writing copy
  • Scarcity & urgency

I’ve waffled on for pretty long now…

And I still couldn’t teach you half of what I wanted to…
